Jeff DiCicco instructs the course designed to develop all levels of ability in freehand sketching. Students will have the freedom to choose what they wish to render, with an emphasis on architecture. It can be as simple as an architectural detail/element. The class will begin with a brief demonstration on how to choose a vantage point. It will also focus on composition to create a balanced piece, proportion to break down the image into sections, and contrast between lights and darks to create a successful work of art. This is a class with discoveries to be found at all levels.

Tuition: $40 for ICAA members and employees of professional member firms; $60 for the general public: $75 AIA credit
