Wright on Course: Robie House Architecture Walk

Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust hosts a two-day celebration of architecture and design. From the opulent mansions of Chicago's Gilded Age to Midcentury Modern and Contemporary architectural design, the area surrounding the Robie House is an integral part of Chicago's history. Wright on Course will be a unique two-day celebration of this architectural heritage, featuring magnificent private homes and innovative public buildings with leading voices in Chicago architecture.

Package includes:

An opening cocktail reception at the magnificent University Club of Chicago, overlooking spectacular Millennium Park. Introductory lecture by independent architectural historian, Jean Guarino.

Wright on Course: The Robie House Architecture Walk. Exclusive access and interior tours of select private homes and significant buildings in Hyde Park-Kenwood. In-depth interpretation by leading voices in architecture, history, design, landscape, art and preservation.

Wright on Course: Robie House Reception. A private lunch and lecture at the University of Chicago's Quadrangle Club designed by Howard Van Doren Shaw.

Wright on Course: Luncheon and Lecture. Cocktail buffet at Wright's Prairie style masterpiece, the Frederick C. Robie House.

Two nights' (Sept. 7 and 8) accommodation at the historic Palmer House Hilton Hotel, in the heart of Chicago's Loop.
