Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles primarily publishes homes that are located in the north Georgia area, but will consider residences outside the area if there is a strong Atlanta connection (ideally, when Atlanta is the primary residence of the homeowners). The magazine has published vacation homes from San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, to Colorado to Key West, but houses located in the mountain and beach areas of the Carolinas and on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts of Florida are most often featured when the house is outside of metro Atlanta. We prefer if the homeowners are from Atlanta, although we have published houses outside the area when the designer or architect was from Atlanta or the majority of furnishings for the home were bought in Atlanta or through Atlanta-based showrooms.
