New construction (with an architect) of homes built with the influence of classic architectural style, that combine the best traditional design elements with modern conveniences (ie, modern kitchen with subway tile backsplash and wainscoting, or traditional built-ins that hide modern technology). Classical-style homes are the best fit here, although some Victorian (Shingle and Queen Anne), Arts & Crafts, and Tudor also work.
