A fair focused on antiques, gardening, design and art is coming to Omaha. The Lauritzen Gardens Antique & Garden Show, now in its 14th year, will host the likes of Mark D. Sikes, Sophie Donelson, Shane Connolly and more in a fair that unfolds September 14 to 17.

Below, EAL rounds up our top 5 must-sees at one of the Midwest’s favorite design fests.

1. Lunch and Lecture with Mark D. Sikes and Sophie Donelson
Sikes will team up with the editor in chief of House Beautiful for a discussion focused on his newest coffee table design tome, Beautiful: All-American Decorating and Timeless Style.

2. Floral Inspirations With Shane Connolly
Connolly, the official florist to Her Majesty the Queen of England and the artistic director for the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, will walk attendees through floral demonstrations, discuss his work and sign his most recent book, Discovering the Meaning of Flowers.

3. The Garden Mixer: Lunch and Cooking Demonstration
Chef Grant Hon
of Omaha Steaks joins mixologist Tyler Fry and emcee Nikki Boulay for lunch...and education.

4. Designer and Art Walks
New this year, the Designer Walk and the Art Walk will lead attendees through the show. The Designer Walk will be led by designers from Interiors Joan and Associates, while a to-be-named art curator will guide visitors on the Art Walk.

5. Designer Morning With Schumacher Fabrics
The legendary fabric house will present a CEU-granting, hourlong program. Best part: It’s free for interior designers.
