Founded in 1996, the not-for-profit organization uses of color, collaboration, design and the discipline of the commercial painting process to engage students in their education. Publicolor addresses the root causes of poverty: the under-education and lack of job preparedness of our youth–teaching high-risk students marketable and transferable skills and preparing them to be a part of an educated and productive workforce.
