The fourth edition of Masterpiece London—set to captivate collectors, museum curators, design enthusiasts and visitors with its line-up of over 150 exhibitors from around the world—showcased on the South Grounds of The Royal Hospital Chelsea in London, June 27 – July 3.
For interior designers, there is a mix of contemporary and antique, traditional and eclectic with design and furniture showcases from Linley’s and Based Upon’s latest pieces to Gordon Watson’s examples of mid-century modern pieces, as well as contemporary pieces by Paul Belvoir. These sit alongside the classic English greats of Chippendale, Sheraton and Gillows presented by Mallett, Apter-Fredericks, Ronald Phillips, Rolleston, Thomas Coulborn & Sons and Butchoff.

New this year, Masterpiece London introduces the “Sculpture Walk” curated by Michael Hue-Williams, which features works by a number of internationally acclaimed artists. This selection will be placed in the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea directly outside the fair.
Works include a towering Chillida sculpture last seen in Britain at Yorkshire Sculpture Park, a cement truck by Wim Delvoye and a linear sculpture by Xu Bing. Other internationally acclaimed artists to be featured are Joanna Vasconcelos, Richard Serra, Tony Cragg, David Adjaye and the design duo Barber Osgerby.
Entrance to the Sculpture Walk is free to the public.

More than 20 new exhibitors will show at the fair this year including Ariadne Galleries (New York), Martin du Louvre (Paris), Veronique Bamps (Paris), Galerie Willy Huybrechts (Paris), Galerie Vauclair (Paris), Mayoral Galeria D’Arte (Barcelona), Stockspring (London), Montblanc UK Ltd (London) and Rolleston (London) among many others. These new exhibitors, each experts in their fields, join Masterpiece London’s returning exhibitors to present an international spectrum drawn from 11 different countries, from the west coast of the United States all they way through Europe.
A preview of the fair takes place on Wednesday, June 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The fair is open to the public Thursday, June 27 and Friday, June 28 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Monday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 2 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
It will close with the Masterpiece Midsummer Party in support of Marie Curie, an organization that provides free end of life care services to people with terminal cancer and other illnesses in their own homes or in one of its nine hospices across the UK.
Tickets—preview are 100 euros and public tickets are 20 euros—can be purchased online or at the fair.
