Georgis and Hampton speak at City Museum luncheon
May 28, 2014

Earlier this month, the City Museum hosted its annual Spring Symposium & Luncheon, bringing together designers and patrons and raising more than $270,000 for the Museum.
The event began with a champagne reception and book signing by interior designers William T. Georgis and Alexa Hampton, followed by a panel discussion with the two designers moderated by Donald Albrecht, the Curator of Architecture & Design at the Museum of the City of New York. They discussed the influence of neoclassicism in their latest work including the Kips Bay Decorator Show House and Gilded New York, the inaugural exhibition in the Tiffany & Co. Foundation at the City Museum.
