Victoria Reitz, of Reitzhaus Productions, which produces the showhouse, shares: “Last year’s showcase, the first ever to take place in the beloved Wattles Mansion, was so well received that we have been asked to reprise the showcase with a brand-new theme. Since the 2016 house was dedicated to the first 100 years of Hollywood cinematic history, this year’s showcase will focus on how to smartly modernize a historic home for today’s contemporary lifestyle. Some of the most important names in the design world will be participating, as well as notable sponsors such as Sherwin-Williams. We are all very excited.”

This year’s theme is “Hollywood History: The New Classics." The showhouse will debut March 22 with a private event and will be open to the public March 23 through April 16. It will benefit the charities No-Kill Los Angeles (NKLA) and Saving Iconic Architecture (SIA).

The opening party will take place March 25. A limited number of tickets are available.
