The latest and greatest pairings between manufacturers, shops and designers has resulted in innovative wallcoverings, imaginative new uses for existing materials, and fresh takes on classic products.
Stacy Garcia and York Wallcoverings
Designer Stacy Garcia, known for textiles, carpeting, wallcoverings, furniture, lighting and accessories for the hospitality industry, has premiered her first residential collection, called Paper Muse, for York Wallcoverings as part of the recently launched home design branch of her business, Stacy Garcia New York. Cosentino and Daniel Germani
In a partnership that explores the use of Dekton, a Cosentino surface, in custom furniture pieces, architect-designer Daniel Germani created the “Chaos Console” out of Dekton’s Ananke (a black, matte wood-look finish) with curved tubular steel, resulting in a unique piece of furniture that can be used indoors or outside and in both residential and commercial settings. Kyle Schuneman and Apt2B
The new bed collection by Kyle Schuneman for Apt2B is an extension of the designer’s current sofa collection and also a new product category for the designer. The collection includes three styles—the Cooper, the Carter and the Palmer—and is available in 30 different fabric options. Learn more.

Kirk Nix for Robert Allen
Robert Allen has teamed up with designer Kirk Nix of Los Angeles-based KNA Design for his third collection: The Penthouse collection pays homage to the realms of fashion, travel and interior design with architectural, modern and exotic motifs that explore influences ranging from tribal African textiles to art deco geometry. Bezar and FLOS
E-commerce startup Bezar has partnered with Italian design house FLOS on the FLOS Kelvin lamp in a vibrant pink. “By color-bombing some of the most iconic products in design, we hope to give a special, unique touch to classics,” says Bezar founder Bradford Shellhammer. The FLOS Pink Kelvin employs 30 top LEDs, a pantograph arm with 360-degree rotation and a swivel head. Learn more.
