It's the 40th Anniversary of the highly anticipated Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse and event chair Bunny Williams, along with David Kleinberg and Brian McCarthy, will be decorating a room in honor of the late Albert Hadley. Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club's
For the first time in its history, the Decorator Show House will be in a pristine luxury residential building on New York’s West Side at the Aldyn Residences, 60 Riverside Blvd between 62nd & 63rd Streets, measuring 11,488 square feet inside and 7,480 square feet outside. New York-based Extell Development Company has partnered with noted architectural firm Goldstein Hill & West Architects (GHWA) to create the spacious rooms with soaring ceilings and sweeping Hudson River views, set-back terraces, as well as private swimming pools and gyms.
“This extraordinary space will launch an exciting new chapter after thirty-nine stellar years,” said Bunny Williams, the celebrated interior designer and Show House Chair who made the announcement with Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club President, James Druckman.

The showhouse will be open to the public May 16 through June 14. The President's Preview Dinner will be held on Monday, April 30th at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and the opening night cocktails will take place on Tuesday, May 15th, with coverage by EditorTV. Over four decades the showhouse has raised more than $17 million for the non-profit.
Since 1915, Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club has worked to improve and enhance the lives of the New York City children who are economically, socially or recreationally disadvantaged. Each year, Kips Bay offers innovative programs to more than 12,000 young people between the ages of 6 and 18 at ten locations throughout the Bronx, with essential afterschool programs created to help them recognize their potential for growth and success.
The Show House will be open Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 11-5 p.m., Tuesday & Thursday 11-8 p.m., and Sunday 12-5 p.m.
