The fall issue kicks off the 13th US regional edition for the Luxe Interiors + Design brand, extending the national network's distribution to 485,000.
The greater DC region, including Maryland and Northern Virginia, is one of the wealthiest in the nation with six of the top 10 most affluent counties in America. According to Sean Grace, Luxe Interiors + Design, Washington DC regional publisher, the magazine's average reader net worth is $11.7 million with 11% of its distribution flowing through private jet airports. The average reader's houshold income is $388,000 with 44% owning two or more homes.
"We're excited to bring such a world-class publication to this growing, dynamic and influential region," said Grace. "Its national-regional model brings together the best of both worlds: the latest global design trends as well as the local luxury design scene."

Published quarterly, Luxe first debuted in Colorado in 2005 and has since grown to 13 metropolitan markets throughout the US. In July 2012, Luxe premiered its first international edition in China.
