New high-rise residence debuts Decorist designers, in-house design center
Jun 13, 2017

A high-rise residence in San Francisco is partnering with online interior design company Decorist. LUMINA, a Tishman Speyer condominium development, has enlisted Decorist designers Tamara Honey, Will Wick, Consort, and Martin Raffone to create designs for two of its three-bedroom floor plans. Revealed earlier this month, the designers’ three-dimensional renderings were created using Decorist’s 360-degree virtual reality feature.

“Decorist has given us a new medium with which to present interior options in our remaining residences, and we’re excited to share these new designs with everyone,” says Carl Shannon, senior managing director at Tishman Speyer. “We wanted to showcase these spaces in a variety of different design styles, and Decorist’s realistic digital renderings allow us to do exactly that. We’ve chosen the best celebrity designers to put together a selection of luxurious and unique interiors that stage different design perspectives and show what is possible in a LUMINA residence.”

Other features include a Jay Wright–designed fitness center; 70-foot, heated lap pool; private dining room with chef’s kitchen and outdoor balcony overlooking downtown; landscaped rooftop terrace with barbecues, fire pits and outdoor screening capabilities; bi-level club lounge; games room; screening room; children’s play room; fully equipped music practice room; and business center.
