The Shade Store continued its nationwide expansion with a June 11 Meet and Greet party to launch its latest showroom in Santa Barbara, California.
Catered by C’est Cheese, the event offered guests, among them Jennifer Taylor from Taylor House Interiors and Martha Hacking from Restoration Hardware, Pinot Patch and Rancho Sisquoq wine, and the opportunity to explore the store's shade displays. “With the opening of the Santa Barbara showroom, we’re expanding our presence in California,” said Lisa McClelland, Vice President of Showrooms for The Shade Store. “With eight locations across the state, we couldn’t be more excited about the new space we’ve secured, cementing our presence as the leading high-end custom window treatments company.”
The custom window treatment manufacturer’s newest location joins San Francisco, Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, La Jolla and Palo Alto outposts, in addition to the Laguna Niguel showroom, opened last month. The showroom, at about 2,000 square feet, is stocked with products including Roller Shades, Solar Shades, Roman Shades, Drapery, Wood Blinds, Woven Wood Shades, Cellular Shades, XL Pleat Shades, Vertical Systems, Cornices and Valances and Drapery Hardware.
