Charlotte Millett, Bilge Nur Saltik, Chloe Atkins and Seema Shah beat out 16 finalists with their creative and functional designs in furniture, furnishings accessories, fabrics and surfaces, respectively. The New Design Britain Awards took place just outside of London for the annual INTERIORS UK last week.
“We pride ourselves on celebrating young design talent and giving them a platform to the industry, and I for one, am absolutely delighted with the caliber of entries this year and think we have four very worthy winners,” said Suzie Ager, brand director for INTERIORS UK.

Saltik was also the winner of the People’s Choice Award and received £250 of Ercol vouchers.
“I am ecstatic to be a winner; it’s just great to get industry recognition and best of all being part of the show has given me the opportunity to network and get my product out there,” said Saltik.
