A design center, showroom and direct walk-through connection to a new restaurant all feature in Williams-Sonoma's new Ponce City Market retail concept. Measuring 6,500-plus square feet, the space's design center offers free home design services and is the first Williams-Sonoma outpost to include an independent business: chef Jonathan Waxman's new restaurant. The eighth in the brand's family to include a home showroom, the space also has a 12-seat cooking island which hosts complimentary classes by Jon Lagardere each Saturday.
Scenes from the new location
“The partnership we’ve established with Jamestown for our Ponce City Market store is unprecedented,” Williams-Sonoma President Janet Hayes said. “This location represents a shared vision for a completely new retail experience that brings together the community to shop, cook, dine and be entertained. We’re thrilled with the opportunity to collaborate with Chef Jonathan Waxman as well on his restaurant and for the excitement he will bring to our culinary program here.”
