092816 rubelli casa furniture launch ms 54

THE LAUNCH OF THE new Rubelli Casa furniture collection by Rubelli in the United States was celebrated at the Italian Consulate in New York last week. This is the first furniture collection for the 127-year-old Venetian brand, which features the Rubelli textiles in upholstered furniture, chairs and tables. The line was designed by the late architect Luca Scacchetti.

“We are delighted to be introducing Rubelli Casa, our first collection of furniture branded with my family name, to the United States,” says Andrea Rubelli, CEO of Donghia and co-CEO of Rubelli. “The collection, a meaningful addition to the landscape of Italian contemporary furniture, with a touch of Venetian whimsy, is conceived to balance and be playful with our textiles. Celebrating at the Italian Consulate in New York seems a perfect fit, and we are honored that so many of our industry friends joined us.”
