Job Description

The Ann Sacks Assistant Showroom Manager has day-to-day operations responsibility for their showroom location. The Assistant Showroom Manager drives the profitable development of sales through the management of a sales and support team. This role is critical in delivering a gracious client experience, driving sales growth and fostering strong Architect & Design community relationships. Through coaching, mentorship and development of the team, the showroom will maximize sales volumes by growing existing business, developing new relationships and providing a top-notch customer experience. Success in the position is measured by the achievement of both sales and direct operating profit plans.

*Deliver a customer experience worthy of the Ann Sacks brand.
*Attract, develop and retain high-performance talent.
*Manage individual and showroom performance results in partnership with showroom manager.
*Drive the administrative and support functions in the showroom.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-yr. Associate degree in business/accounting/computer related concentration, or equivalent experience is required. The successful candidate for the Assistant Showroom Manager will have 4-6 years of individual contributor sales experience, along with at least 1 year prior supervisory experience. Experience in a luxury sales environment is preferred.
