Job Description

The Job:
We are looking for a self-starting, hard-charging, dynamic, team player to join our Client Services Group in delivering exceptional personalized service! You will represent and sell both our ducduc and The New Traditionalists’ brands and products, which include: custom furniture, rugs, built-ins, accessories, hardware, wallpaper, merchandise, and more cool stuff on the way! You will learn our brand, furniture, materials, manufacturing capabilities, and process, backwards and forwards. You will use your stellar sales skills and product knowledge to work with interior designers as well as direct clients throughout the entire detailed and creative custom order process. Whether you are working with a top interior designer on a high-profile project, or with a mom-to-be designing her first nursery, we aim to give all clients an equally incredible, luxury sales experience!

We are intent on building an unparalleled, luxury, lifestyle brand with full design and manufacturing capabilities. This past year we have focused on expanding our product range, our design services, and our manufacturing and custom capabilities. Our Client Services Group is on the forefront of this expansion and is dedicated to growing the business by building strong client relationships and hitting and exceeding individual and team sales targets. You will achieve this by using your charismatic personality, relentless energy, positivity, and creativity, to outreach and develop existing and new client relationships through cold-calling, initiating showroom and outside appointments, attending after-hours design industry events … and beyond. If you can do all that with a cocktail in hand and a big smile, then you probably also have the multi-tasking, detail-oriented, skills needed to successful in this role! This is an exciting time for the right person to make a huge impact on a growing company!
