BoConcept is looking for a Sales Associate for our new store at Madison and 33rd.
As our new Sales Associate, you will be our most important relation to our customers. Your main job will be to give our customers a unique, exceptional and friendly shopping experience. You are passionate about our brand, design and values and take pride in providing the best solution for our customers. Apart from this you will be involved in most other aspects of running a modern design furniture store.
- Min. 5 –10 years experience in the furniture retail / trade industry
- Working client book and proven sales history
- Used to working with proprietary IT systems

Ensure a continuous high level of product knowledge including target groups, the product range, customization and selling arguments
Assist in planning and implementing needed marketing activities according to overall Marketing & Activity plan to ensure a continuous traffic flow
Store Layout & Visuals
Ensure a continuous update and styling of the showroom to optimize sales, space management and the presentation of the product range according to the visual guidelines
Sales & Service:
The 5 Phases of Selling
Continuously working with the 5 Phases of Selling to optimize the personal sales performance
Furnish: Using Furnish drawings to visualize different interior solutions for customers according to their needs
After Sales Service : Ensure a high level of after sales service by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries and claim handling
Dress Code & Appearance: Continuously having a professional, smart and well-groomed appearance according to the national dress code
Targeting: Daily follow up on personal sales targets to continuously improve performance
Interior Decoration: Offering customers complete and professional interior decoration solutions for their homes based on the BoConcept guidelines
Develop skill in working with Axapta as ‘Point-of-Sale’ system for entering and handling customer orders including searching for basic product and delivery information
Axapta, Back office
Well skilled in working with Axapta as back office system for planning and handling deliveries, payments, customer relations, stock etc.
Inventory & Logistics
Ensure an optimal flow of goods by following up on all deliveries and keeping the stock room well organized
Making sure all daily, weekly and monthly store routines are taken care of when needed

Minimum 5-10 years of retail experience either from a furniture store, or trade showroom
Experience in selling lifestyle consumer goods is preferred
Experience in working with IT systems, MS Office
