Architectural and Design Office of 14 people in search of Office Manager to handle day to day operations including records management, supply ordering, bookkeeping, website maintenance and upkeep and assisting company president with correspondence, calendar and personal errands.
Candidates must have proficiency with Microsoft Office and quickbooks, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with photoshop/illustrator a plus.
Ideal candidates work well as a part of a team and individually and be able to identify problems and propose solutions.
