Residential Sales Consultant

As a Dallas showroom team member, the residential sales consultant acts as an energetic and proactive team member responsible for servicing and acting as brand ambassador for our residential showroom clients.
Provides excellent client service by determining project requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions to maximize selling opportunities
Works with regional manager to study sales gales and develops strategic plan to be sure goals are met
Displays detailed knowledge of all product lines both through training and proactive research
Works with showroom liaison ensuring all client information is accurately updated in the territory data sheet
Reviews daily payment checks received and updates order status accordingly
Understands client immediate goals and anticipates needs by understanding project timeline and potential upsell opportunities
Interacts and cultivates relationships with local design associations such as ICAA and ASID participating in events and representing our brand
Follows up on quotes and reserves maximizing every opportunity to close sales
Follows up on shipped orders with thank you notes and client consults to further connect and develop client relationships
Reads monthly publications and researches potential clients and conducts strategic outreach accordingly
Partners with team planning and conducting special events to promote the Donghia brands and multi-lines
Assists regional manager with contract and hospitality design shops and schemes
Assists with showroom maintenance as designated by regional manager
Performs additional duties as assigned by regional manager
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on design, business or marketing preferred
2 to 4 years relevant work experience
Interior Design industry experience preferred
Previous inside sales experience in luxury brand sector preferred
