experience devising strategies promoting business and its services to existing clients while forging new relationships with the A & D community to promote sales and business growth.
This position will have an equal focus on customer retention, and therefore must have relevant experience within the design trade, understanding the sourcing needs and requirements of interior designers. This person will have ongoing contact with regular clients by phone or e-mail making recommendations based on clients current projects, clients' needs, and clients interests.
Generate sales of luxury home furnishings in the showroom as well as outside visits and presentations with local interior design firms Cultivate existing accounts, identify and develop new account relationships with Interior Designers, Architects and Retail customers
Responding to inquiries from clients and businesses entering customer orders and providing service from start to finish
Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills are a must. Design industry connections preferred.
