We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated sales representative who possesses excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate would have a sales background in the luxury design and building trade industry. Demonstrate strong communication and social skills with attention to details. Applicants should be proficient in their computer abilities, be able to multi-task and exhibit strong organizational skills.
• Assist clients on the phone and in the showroom by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Schedule presentation appointments in designers & architects offices
• Actively pursue new business opportunities
• Generate interest in our products by researching prospective clients and identifying key individuals
• Complete product order entry with attention to detail
• Ensure customers satisfaction thorough knowledge and updates of their order progress
• Demonstrate ability to work professionally with a high profile client base
• Maintain a strong desire to learn and a passion for the design industry
